*Rent a detached guest house for 7 to 14 guests with a total of six bedrooms: two triple and four double rooms
*Use of outdoor warm ECO pool (temperature 32-35°C), sunbeds, umbrellas and bathrobes
*Use of infrared sauna with temperature up to 60°C
*Big shed with barbecue and cozy corner for the whole company
*Spacious dining room with fireplace and TV
*Living room with sofas and TV
*Internet access via WiFi throughout the house and in the yard
*Use of cable/digital TV and Netflix
*Coffee, tea, spices, and oil
*Wood for the dining room fireplace
*Parking for 2-3 cars inside the courtyard of the house and an option to stop through the villa

Prices and discounts for the number of nights are not valid for Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays!
Payment and cancellation of reservations:
No refunds in case of leaving the villa earlier than scheduled!

A 50% advance payment of the stay is required upon booking and is non-refundable up to 15 days from the first date of booking!
The remaining 50% is payable up to one week before the check-in date.
Basic principles for renting the villa:
Check-in after 14:00. Check out of the villa by 11:00
Observance of quiet hours between 14:00 - 16:00 and 22:00. - 08.00 ч.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere inside the house! Please note that Villa Sidona is not suitable for noisy company!
Parking in front of the villa is not guarded.
The pool is 1.2 metres deep and is unguarded.
Rental of the cottage is subject to a minimum of two nights!
Charging electric cars is free.
