Our prices include:
*Rent a detached guest house for 7 to 14 guests with a total of six bedrooms: two triple and four double rooms
* Hot water ECO swimming pool (temperature is 34°C- 35°C), sunbeds, umbrellas and bathrobes
*Infrared Sauna with themperatures of upto 60°C
*WiFi Internet inside and outside the house
*Digital Cable TV
*Coffee, tea, spices, oil
*Wood for the fireplace in the dining room
*VAT and tourist tax
Prices and discounts for the number of nights are not valid for Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays!
Payment and cancellation of reservations:
No refunds in case of leaving the villa earlier than scheduled!
All prices are final. And payments are made by bank transfer.
A 50% advance payment of the stay is required upon booking and is non-refundable up to 15 days from the first date of booking!
The remaining 50% is payable up to two weeks before the check-in date.
Basic principles for renting the villa:
Check-in after 14:00. Check-out until 11:00.
Observance of quiet hours between 14:00 - 16:00 and 22:00. - 08.00 ч.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere inside the house!
Parking in front of the villa is not guarded.
The pool is 1.2 metres deep and is unguarded.
Weekend rental of the villa is a minimum of two nights!
Charging electric cars is free.
