Please read the terms and conditions for renting Villa Sidona and the rules for using the pool and sauna!

1. Renting Villa Sidona 

1.1. The rental is done through the booking form on the website (from the contact form) or by phone and email.

1.2. Reservations can only be made by an adult.

1.3. By staying at Villa Sidona you agree to the terms and conditions for renting the house and the rules for using the pool and sauna!

- Check-in after 14:00

- Release: until 11:00

1.4 Upon check-in, guests are required to register with ID, fill in a registration card and declare by signature that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions of Villa Sidona and the rules for use of the pool and sauna.

Privacy: we strictly adhere to the DPA and your booking information will not be submitted for any other purpose. Your personal data will only be used in connection with the implementation of the requirements of the Tourism Act.

2. Cancellation of reservation

2.1. In case of cancellation or reduction of the number of nights up to 15 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded.

2.2. В случай на анулиране или намаляване на броя на нощувките до 7 дни преди датата на регистрация, 50% от депозита се връща.

2.3. In case of cancellation or reduction of the number of nights after check-in or during the stay, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3. Payment method

3.1. A 50% deposit is payable on booking within 2 working days of the invoice being sent. In case of non-payment, the reservation is considered cancelled.
3.2. The remaining amount (50% of the invoice amount) must be paid within 15 days before the check-in date.
3.3. All payments must be made by bank transfer or on the spot, but only at the office of Eurolan Ltd (5028, Sofia). On the spot at Villa Sidona, cash payments are not accepted!
3.4. In case the reservation date and the check-in date have a difference of less than 15 days, the full amount should be credited.

3.5. The price includes tourist tax and VAT. Prices are in BGN.

4. Stay

4.1. The capacity of Villa Sidona is 14 persons. 

4.2. Smoking inside Villa Sidona is prohibited!

4.3. Tourists are obliged to behave in such a way that they do not disturb the inhabitants of the area and do not undermine the prestige and reputation of Villa Sidona.

4.4. Illegal or immoral activities - gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnic or dangerous goods, possession or use of firearms or cold weapons - are absolutely prohibited!

4.5. Guests are obliged to observe silence during the hours of rest prescribed by law, namely:

- From 14:00 to 16:00

- From 22:00 to 08:00; Summer season: from 23:00 to 08:00;

4.6. In the event of a public order violation and a warning to law enforcement, guests of Villa Sidona assume full responsibility for resolving the issue. If the law enforcement authorities impose sanctions, fines, acts and other penalties provided for by Bulgarian law, they are entirely at the expense of the guests responsible for the violations found.

4.7. Caring for children is the responsibility of their parents!  The owner of Villa Sidona is NOT responsible for injuries to children on or off the property. 

4.8. The owner of Villa Sidona is NOT responsible for personal loss and/or injury to you or your company during your stay.

4.9. Tourists staying at Villa Sidona are obliged to treat the property - the house and its belongings with the care of a good owner.

4.10. Any damage or loss caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the guests. In the event of excessive damage, inappropriate or hostile behaviour

of any of the guests during the stay, the owner of Villa Sidona may require the guests to vacate the tourist site without any right to compensation or refund.

4.11. The cost of replacing or repairing any loss or damage to Villa Sidona, including furnishings and patio, caused during the clients\' stay is at their own expense. The value of the guarantee depends on the amount of the damage and will be paid by bank transfer once the value of the damage has been established.

5. Check-out - tourists are obliged to leave the guest house in a presentable condition - clean kitchenette and running dishwasher.
