About the house
Villa Sidona was firstly opened for visitors since the autumn of 2022
The village of Banya is located between the three mountains - Rila, Pirin and Rhodope. Here you can perfectly combine skiing Tourism with SPA, wellness, wine and golf tourism. And for horse riding lovers - there are horse riding facilities in Bansko and Razlog, just 5km from the village, and you can enjoythe trail that passes through the forest.
Villa Sidona has 6 rooms with the following layout: two triple rooms and four double rooms.
For your comfort we have made sure you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. During the colder and winter evenings you can enjoy a nice dinner with friends and a nice wine by the fireplace. And in the warmer and summer evenings, there is a barbecue and a spacious gazebo in the courtyard of the house.
We have also thought about your health and your complete relaxation - there is also an outdoor salty, eco-warm pool with a temperature of about 34°C and a sauna with a temperature of 60°C.
The full capacity of Villa Sidona is for 14 guests, accommodated in two triple and four double rooms. The villa can be rented for: up to 7 guests; up to 10 guests or up to 14 guests. Each room at Villa Sidona has a TV and a private bathroom, hairdryer and toiletries.
Make yourself at home, but please remember to treat the house and all the furnishings with respect.
For younger guests we provide cots and highchairs!

Warm eco Swimming pool
without chemicals
The pool has salted water and NO chemicals are added to it. The chlorine needed is generated by salt electrolysis. This disinfects the pool water without the need for any additives! The chlorine and PH levels of the water are continuously monitored by the salt electrolysis system and so they are always within normal limits.
The pool has ultra pure sea salt without impurities!
The advantages of using sea salt are: crystal clear water that does not irritate the skin and eyes; healing effects on the skin; destroys viruses, bacteria and algae;
The pool is unguarded! The water temperature is around 34-35°C depending on the season.
For your safety, please observe the following rules when using the pool:
INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna develops temperatures up to 60°C
The sauna should not be visited in the following cases:
If at any point while in the sauna you feel unwell, experience discomfort or nausea, dizziness or similar symptoms, leave the room immediately!

The dining room has a large wooden table and chairs for 14 people. Fireplace for comfort in winter and a large TV with digital TV.
DAILY
The living room has a sofa and coffee table, as well as a smart TV with digital TV and internet connection.

Villa Sidona offers six separate bedrooms:
* Two triple rooms with one bedroom and one single bed.
* Four double rooms - three with twin beds and one with a double bed.
In each room there are:

Charging an Electric Car
During your stay you have at your disposal a charging station for electric car with a capacity up to 22kw and completely free of charge. The station is Type 2.
